YOUR MISSION
As Security Network Architect, you will work in a team dedicated to network and security projects, 

Your main responsibilities :

• Managing network performance and maintain fault-tolerant systems,
  ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical services.
• Lead or execute tactical responses to issues as they arise: monitor and respond to complex technical hardware and software problems. Provide level 3 support based on network incidents, on-call every +/- 10 weeks.
• Improve network management and administration, including harmonization of existing tools, set-up of new tools and review of the network service offering.
• Contribute actively to the definition of the tactical and operational direction, and contribute to the implementation and deployment
• Contribute actively in answering to RFP’s
• Provide input during discussions about the evaluation of network infrastructure needs (new and evolution of the existing), suggest alternative solutions and provide support for choosing the solutions that best match the defined strategy.
• Contribute to and lead the development of network policies and establishe procedures regarding access methods and security validation checks.
• Participate in company level technology planning to identify where technology investments are needed.
• Knowledge transfer to rest of the team through trainings and documentation.

Requirements

YOUR PROFIL

The Talent we are look for:

You are positive, dynamics and motivated to work on various projects. You are a team-player.

You also need to have proven skills in networking and security with a good understanding of Enterprise Architectures.

• Solid relevant IT/Networking/Security experience (min 5 years)
• Strong experience in customer-facing positions as a professional consultant/expert
• Understanding and operational experience with networking and security components
• Understanding of networking and security principles, features, and benefits for Service Providers, Enterprise and Medium-size business customers
• Knowledge of available information security resources, common security issues, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Experience with implementing virtual private network (VPN) technologies
• This includes both site-to-site and client-to-site VPN solutions
• You have a broad knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products and solutions (e.g. Network Security, SASE, Panorama, Expedition, MineMeld, …)
• Any other security product and solution knowledge is a plus (e.g. F5, Arbor, Fortinet, Cisco, …)
• Experience with public cloud (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with SDN, NFV and automation
• Experience with complex migrations (e.g. migrating a complex customer internet facing environment from Cisco ASA towards a Palo Alto Networks firewall)
• Proven technical writing and documentation skills
• Excellent communicator who is customer focused
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• A creative thinker who can bring new ideas and innovation to the company
• ITIL v4 certifications a plus
