Job Description

Provide engineering, implementing, and monitoring security measures for systems, networks, and information security. Identify and define system security requirements; design environment security architecture. Duties include:

• Implement and administer security tools
• Prepare, update, and document standard operating procedures and protocols, and policies
• Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices
• Develop technical solutions and new security tools to mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
• Develop, coordinate, and implement vulnerability mitigations
• Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings to further system security enhancement
• Conduct incident-handling activities
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software to mitigate gaps, vulnerabilities, and threats
• Develop data analysis automation

Qualifications

• Minimal of Five (5) years of experience in security engineering
• Expertise in developing and supporting complex security solutions
• Experience in scripting/programming such as Python, SQL, Java
• Proven written communication skills (technical and non-technical document and presentation authoring)
• Proven verbal communication skills
• Able to obtain and maintain security clearance
• Industry certification such as CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, C|EH, CCNA, MCSE
