In this role, you will work closely with all the organization to ensure Truphone is managing all security issues in an effective way protecting us 24/7 against all external cyber-security threats. The main objective is to prevent and detect any security breaches and ensure that the organization is executing all required effective responses and actions. Also this role is to ensure all requests from lawful agencies in our operating markets are handled adequately.


Responsibilities

  • -Develop and maintain tools and platforms for security analysis, defence, and incident detection.
  • -Develop security assessment and mitigation strategies. Perform regular network vulnerability scans. Identify, communicate and manage risks.
  • -Identify active vulnerabilities, coordinate response and remediation (blocking/filtering, system patching or upgrade).
  • -Set up and manage all systems and processes for monitoring of security incidents and threats
  • -Create security incident response procedures and mitigations.
  • -Detect and analyse security breaches and incidents and coordinate responses
  • -Create hardening requirements and policies based on international standards E.g.: PCI-DSS, PCI-CP, CIS, ISO27K.
  • -Define and coordinate penetration test activities.
  • -Monitor Truphone external security posture and coordinate with internal teams any improvement.
  • -Liaise with external cybersecurity organizations (i.e., RN CSIRT)
  • -Respond to all requests for information from Lawful Entities in Truphone operating markets within agreed SLA’s

Requirements

  • -Proven experience in Cyber Security.
  • -Knowledge in Python programming.
  • -Knowledge in automation tools (i.e., ansible, terraform).
  • -Excellent skills on organizational engagement around security policies.
  • -Knowledge managing endpoint protection.
  • -Knowledge with IDS and IPS systems.
  • -Proven experience in network security best practices.
  • -Proven experience in cyber-security best practices, analysis and defence measures.
  • -Experience working with logging systems like Rsyslog or ELK.
  • -Experience in Operating System management and hardening. Windows and Linux.
  • -Knowledge of ISO 27000 information security standard.
  • -Knowledge of Private and Public cloud infrastructure and security.
  • -Experience in penetration testing is a plus.
  • -Experience in SIEM platforms is a plus.
  • Security Certifications are a plus
