Information Security Consultant (Remote)

Paragon Cyber Solutions has immediate and future openings for those ready for exciting and dynamic work as a Security Consultant. We are seeking highly skilled candidates across different areas including but not limited to: security engineering, network engineering, secure source code reviews, security assessments / gap analysis, compliance, AWS certified experts, and Azure certified experts.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in conducting security assessments, security engineering, and direct communication with the client.

Required Experience:

• Conducting security assessments against AWS and Azure platforms (applications, databases, operating systems).
• Conducting security gap analysis against varying compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST).
• Assessing the segregation of duties within the companies.
• Reviewing security policies, processes, and procedures.
• Conducting in-depth client security interviews.
• Preparing high quality client facing materials / reports with strong attention to detail.
• Developing a detailed remediation plan / compliance roadmap.
• Work with the IT management team to assist with implementation of the remediation plan.
• Minimum Security+ certification required (CISSP or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of IT / security experience.

NOTE: This is a project specific position (100% Remote / 1099). Some paid travel may be required to client sites which would be coordinated in advance.
