The Cyber Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, recommending, and documenting all cybersecurity intelligence reports, posture changes, security threats, etc. This role will also provide on-the-job training and recommendations to management on how to resolve security related issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES·        Provide dedicated, on-site support for cybersecurity policies and procedures·        Develop a weekly Cyber Activity Report focused on AFCENT's networks; the report will include intelligence that directly and indirectly affects AFCENT's networks and operations from both red and blue team perspectives·        Conduct trend analysis and develop reports to support internal and external security activity and incident response·        Analyze cyber intelligence reports to determine correlation and applicability to network operations on AFCENT networks·        Analyze network intrusion detection reports and vulnerability assessments to evaluate security posture as it pertains to current operations and information security levels·        Recommend security posture changes based on security analysis and changes in threat indicators·        Provide informal on-the-job training for both contractors and government personnel to include analysis interpretation and threat/event correlation·        Provide recommendations on how to resolve, improve, or prevent network security related issues·        Provide documentation, meeting, and briefing support·        Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience:·        Master of Arts or Master or Science in related field and three plus (3+) years of experience with two plus (2+) years of experience analyzing cyber intelligence reports preferred·        Bachelor of Science in a related field and five plus (5+) years of relevant experience with two plus (2+) years of experience analyzing cyber intelligence reports preferred·        Minimum of seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience with two plus (2+) years of experience analyzing cyber intelligence reports requiredLicenses & Certifications:·        Active TS clearance required with SCI eligibility·        DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security +CE, CND or SSCP)Skills & Abilities:·        Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills ·        Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks·        Must have the ability to interact with senior leaders within the organization·        Use of Microsoft Office software applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Other:·        All support shall be performed onsite within facilities provided by USSOCOM, its Component Commands, TSOCs, and deployed forces or other Government-provided or designated facilities, unless otherwise agreed upon by the COR and/or the KO This opportunity offers career development and growth, competitive compensation, and a robust benefits package with 4 Weeks PTO w/ rollover, 11 paid holidays, company paid events and training, and 401(k) retirement plan with company match. FWG holds multiple government contracting vehicles as a Prime Contractor to include: 8(a) Set-Aside; STARS III; GSA IT-70; Army ITES-3S; and CIO-SP3. FWG Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
