The primary focus of the Security Analyst is designing, developing, testing, and maintaining roles and privileges in ATBs CORE Banking (SAP Based) system. In addition, determining security implications for tertiary (non security) changes will also be required. This may include working with developers and the business to determine appropriate production scenarios with appropriate audiences to help deliver WOW to our customers.

You will find success based on your abilities in the following areas:

• Work with the Sr. Manager of SAP Security to assess development requirements and provide estimates of development effort and resource requirements.
• Analyze business requirements to ensure secure development standards can be followed, with the focus on security implications.
• Participate in preventative testing techniques such as peer reviews.
• Transfer lessons learned and new/changed work processes into SAP security best practices and business systems knowledge repositories

Requirements

As the ideal candidate you possess:

• Written communications: ability to produce a range of design documents and technical specifications that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation.
• Oral communications: ability to express oneself and communicate with others verbally with appropriate tone, style and structure.
• Managing multiple priorities: ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities.
• Security Development: ability to design, plan and build roles to ensure quality at all stages of application development.
• High degree of knowledge of SAP security development.
• Knowledge of SAP Standards and Compliance Practices.
• Formal information technology education preferable, including a post-secondary degree or diploma.

It would be great if you had:

• Knowledge of SAP Banking Systems would be an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP Governance Risk and Compliance tools would be an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP Identity Management 8.0 would be an asset.
• SAP communication technologies – RFC, BAPIs, ALE, SNC.
• SAP ABAP Development Methodologies.
• Basis knowledge and experience relevant to security – transports, tracing, logging, monitoring, single sign on (SSO).
• Courses in the SAP Certified Technology Professional – Security stream.
