We are looking for a Security Engineer to be a part of our Corporate Security team to drive our initiatives in an evolving threat landscape. In this role, you will deploy and manage solutions to secure and monitor Box’s corporate assets by partnering closely with the IT organization.   WHAT YOU'LL DO 
  • Deploy and maintain systems and tools to support Box’s corporate security strategy

  • Identify gaps and create monitoring/metrics dashboards consulting with stakeholders from Incident response, IT Operations and engineering teams

WHO YOU ARE 
  • Security Professional with Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information security or a related field
  • You have a good understanding of enterprise security principles and best practices related to endpoint security, system security, remote access and network security
  • You had hands-on prior experience of a combination of: firewalls/web application firewalls (WAFs), VPNs, endpoint detection and response (EDR), data loss prevention (DLP), anti-virus/malware, system and OS hardening, vulnerability management and email security solutions
  • Experience working in cloud native and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with SIEM/ reporting tools (Splunk, elastic search etc.,)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
