Spectrum is seeking a fully qualified subject matter expert in the area of Global Precision Attack to provide technical advice and translate weapon systems requirements into documented studies and analysis for a Department of Defense client. Successful candidate will be a weapon system expert able to provide technical and analytical support to track and analyze trends, understand current user requirements, forecast and plan future requirements, and articulate other key issues to develop critical documentation supporting weapon system requirements and capabilities. Candidates shall be able to identify, develop and document operational requirements and conduct studies to support the Joint Capabilities Integration and Documentation System (JCIDS), multiple DoD requirements and acquisition forums, and the Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process. This includes building and defending 4-Star decision data via the USAF Strategic Planning Process and directly influencing the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process once those planning decisions are made. Finally, the Contractor shall assist with facilitating and integrating efforts of working groups and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure consistency of data/information that is being developed.

Requirements

Top Secret clearance, Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) eligible

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

Weapon School Graduate

Three years’ experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher Air Force level staff (combination of active duty, Government service, or Contractor) in operations, or working specific program or subject areas of the specific mission area being tasked.

Five years' rated operational CAF Air-to-Ground fighter experience
