The candidate must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. He or she must have a "can-do" attitude, be self-directed in a fast-paced engineering environment, as well as working as part of a team. In addition, the individual must be flexible, dependable, and have excellent time management skills. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
•    As a Sr. Test automation Manager contribute/drive test automation strategy and implementation for an exciting portfolio of Network Security products using your strong automation expertise, customer focus, and outstanding teamwork.
•    Manage a team of local Test Automation engineers 
•    Participate and execute in Global test Automation roadmap 
•    Drives innovation and integration of new test automation technologies into projects and activities in the software quality assurance
•    Has strong experience with cloud technologies, public cloud, and distributed systems
•    Work closely with DEV, QA, PM, and Support to deliver high quality releases
•    Be a critical thinker who is passionate about developing highly innovative breakthrough technologies and has the resilience to make innovation happen
•    Results oriented with a strong focus on quality

Qualifications
•    Bachelor degree in EE/CS or related field or equivalent experience
•    7+ years of experience in test automation team in networking field
•    Experience with Unix/Linux systems with scripting experience in Python, Perl, and Ruby
•    Solid understanding of Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols
•    Experience with SQL and non-SQL database
•    Experience in L2 - VLAN and other similar protocols, L3 - OSPF, BGP and other similar protocols
•    Experience in open-source automation tools: Selenium, Postman, JMeter, unittest/pytest, etc.
•    Experience in commercial test equipment: IXIA\Keysight, Spirent, CDRouter, etc.
•    Experience in public and private clouds: AWS, Azure, OpenStack, KVM, HyperV, VMWare
•    Deep understanding in agile methodology and network security appliances testing: firewall, IPS, IDS, vulnerability, etc.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to represent and advocate complex technical concepts externally
•    Broad knowledge and hands-on technical experience in test methodologies and automation development
•    Highly self-motivated and directed, and keen attention to detail
