We are looking for a Sales Development Representative rockstar to drive our business development efforts. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to build strong connections including research, initial contact, and qualification of leads. As an integral part of the company, you will fuel the pipeline for Transmit security. Create new opportunities through account planning with your best-in-class security software sales team and engage with C-Level and Executive stakeholders in Fortune 100 companies.

This role will be hybrid with 4 days in our Boston office located at 500 Boylston Street Boston, MA.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives by following up on leads and researching prospects
- Uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Transmit Security products and services can solve them
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Work cross-functionally to increase conversion rates and generate quality pipeline
- Consistently achieve quota by hitting call, email, meeting, and pipeline targets
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
What You’ll Need:
- Sales Development, Business Development, Sales Representative, or similar experience
- Previous experience with sales and prospecting tools preferred, but not required (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Hands-on experience with sales techniques (including warm or cold calls)
- A desire to grow and advance a career in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity, positivity, organization, problem-solving skills, and passion for success
