Salad and Go is seeking a IT Security Compliance Analyst.

As the IT Security Compliance Analyst you will have tactical and strategic responsibilities with heavy involvement in security compliance and security operations. Significant elements of this role are working closely with a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) to provide comprehensive protection and taking the lead to ensure the organization maintains PCI DSS compliance.


Core job duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to achieve and maintain PCI DSS compliance
  • Lead assessment and mitigation efforts to ensure appropriate access levels to systems and resources
  • Collaborate with:
    • IT Operations to ensure endpoints are properly monitored, hardened, patched
    • The MSSP to conduct technical risk assessments, privacy assessments and information security reviews of technology resources
    • The MSSP to monitor, detect, and remediate security related incidents
    • The MSSP to perform root-cause analysis for information security related issues and related actions
    • The MSSP to develop a comprehensive information security awareness program and run year-round campaigns
  • Create communications on behalf of IT Security for awareness activities, initiatives, or other required security announcements
  • Work with business, technical, and other stakeholders to drive Information Security projects

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience
    • In IT Security Operations
    • IT regulatory controls, including PCI DSS
    • Identity & Access Management solutions

It is preferred if the candidate has experience with:

  • Microsoft Cloud Security Solutions (Defender 365, Sentinel, etc.)
  • Working with or managing a relationship with a Managed Security Solution Provider (MSSP)
  • Creating and managing security training campaigns
  • Providing IT Security in the Retail Food Industry
