About the Role:

The Security Advisory Consultant will be responsible for the overall Identity and Access Management program strategy for our clients. Through thought leadership and architectural guidance, the Security Advisory Consultant will help our clients transform their current identity and access management programs into a next generation identity and access management program. The transformational projects include the integration and interaction of access management, governance, privileged identity, managed services, and insider threat solutions to provide a holistic identity solution for our clients across their employees, suppliers, and customers. The goal of the Senior Security Advisory Consultant is to understand their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry, building deep relationships, gaining trust and enabling client success. 

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the SailPoint IAM subject matter expert, providing IAM thought leadership, strategic and tactical contributions on all SailPoint IAM-related assessments, and/or deployment
• Drive the client’s vision, strategy and roadmap through thought leadership and best practices for identity and access management
• Recognize technical gaps in client IAM programs and source applications based on best practices, industry process and technical standards, and regulatory/compliance requirements
• Assess potential threats and weaknesses in client’s existing IAM processes and procedures
• Provide a solution for governance of the identity lifecycle processes around roles/rules, monitoring access control processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and in compliance with standards and control objectives
• Understand long term IAM objectives and the integration between technical and functional solutions to develop roadmap and recommend timelines for deployment
• Scope IAM projects and create Statement of Work (SOW)
• Implement IAM program and projects to improve security, user experience, and achieve compliance
• Make recommendations for improvements to existing infrastructure and application deployments
• Responsible for supervising and ensuring optimal client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the engagement by providing the Trace3 “Total Customer Experience”
• Establish strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in client organizations
• Partner and collaborate with Account Teams and other Consulting Teams to deliver and present industry best programs and services to clients
• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with our key Technology Partners

Qualifications & Interests:

• End to end SailPoint implementation/migration engagement experience

• Deep knowledge of SailPoint suite including: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Access Request, Automated Provisioning Password Management
• IIQ technology deployment experience required
• 3+ years of experience presales experience required
• 3+ years of experience security consultant/analysis experience required
• 3+ years of experience enterprise security experience required
• Extensive knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and mainstream IAM vendors (SailPoint, Microsoft, Saviynt, Ping Identity, Okta, CyberArk, Centrify, Exabeam, Securonix, etc.)
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation on requirements, use cases, diagrams, and presentations
• Ability to encourage internal team building, knowledge transfer, and training activities within the security team
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for enhancement and growth
• Extensive client services background with ability to effectively communicate with customers (both verbally and in writing), ensure superior customer service, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Able to lead client security sessions and workshops and prepare discovery questionnaires
• Experience in the healthcare or financial sector is a plus
• CISSP or equivalent security certification strongly desired
• Motivated self-starter who loves to solve challenging problems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
• Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills strongly desired
