Barbaricum is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to support the 18th Airborne's Data Warfare Company (DWC) to develop cloud-based infrastructure, protocols, and environments. This position will integrate with a team of engineers and analysts to ensure that all Divisions have operational cloud access and can employ legacy, Enterprise, and future applications on a myriad of devices and platforms.  This Information Security Analyst will ensure that security is maintained throughout operations. This individual will be required to submit Information Technology Approval System (ITAS) waivers and Authority to Operate (ATO) paperwork. This Analyst will conduct all scanning, STIGs, RMF, treat plans, intrusion detection, analysis, and documentation required to obtain an ATO.

Responsibilities

• Provide system performance validation and quality assurance on multiple systems 
• Participate in system level test planning and test readiness reviews 
• Write and review system engineering documentation to ensure test plans and methodologies meet system needs and are accurate comprehensive, consistent, and complete 
• Support the development of system integration plans, procedures and scenarios used in the conduct of software/hardware system integration testing 
• Maintain all operational aspects of data transfers while accounting for the security posture of the underlying infrastructure and the systems and applications that are supported and monitoring the health of the environment through a variety of health tracking capabilities 
• Will provide assistance to the Government on ATO and ITAS processes
• Provide technical assessments on findings and assist Government in presentations

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
• Experience with full cycle hardware/software development projects 
• Demonstrated experience applying DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and automating that process 
• At least one year of experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) process   
• At least one year of experience with DoD Information Technology Investment Accountability (ITIA) Requirement and Use of Information Technology Approval System (ITAS)
