We are looking for a Cloud Security Strategist to support our Sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Establish credibility as a trusted advisor for cloud architectures that provide US  cloud security and risk providing guidance and strategy for organizations information security program
  • Provide strategic guidance to Coalfire clients implementing secure public cloud architectures in pre-sales conversations engaging directly with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and Product Managers as appropriate
  • Assist with technical qualification of Coalfire’s ability to assist clients with cloud security product and service offerings Provide thought leadership guidance as Coalfire’s Subject Matter Expert for Cybersecurity Service offerings
  • Drive opportunities and bookings by supporting the sales team via onsite & remote meetings
  • Support Field and Product Marketing efforts as an industry evangelist developing thought leadership content via blogs, presentations, talks, panels, webinars, etc.
  • Review client Coalfire engagement results to understand client program needs and to supply strategic guidance for program improvement
  • Help to formulate the business development strategy for our cloud services and cloud product offering portfolios collaborating with sales leadership, services leadership, and product leadership
  • Provide regular feedback to sales leadership and services leadership around the performance of their resources to drive improvements in the sales and delivery processes
  • Provide regular feedback to the product development team around go to market strategy, and product roadmaps
  • Support the Sales Enablement Training Program by collaborating with our Cybersecurity Services Leadership to create sales battle-cards, client-facing presentations and proposals, and other collateral as required

What You'll Bring

  • 15 years of experience of in information systems security
  • 5 years of experience in public cloud architectures (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • 3 years of experience in delivering infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • 5+ years of enterprise technical sales experience
  • Cloud Service Provider Architecture Certifications (AWS SA, Azure AZ-304 or AZ-305, GGP Architect
  • Incident Response/Handling Experience including mitigation strategies in cloud architectures
  • Some experience with Secrets Management Solutions (Vault, AWS KMS, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Manager)
  • Some experience with FedRAMP, CMMC, and governing bodies of work (NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, FIPS-199)
  • Willing to travel up to 30-45%
  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $151,700 to $263,000 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
