The role of a Security Architecture Consultant is diverse and offers an array of opportunities for industry experts who are highly skilled and recognised within this service area.
Accenture Cyber Advisory Consultants have a broad depth of experience, having worked for a number of organisations who have operated different technologies and diverse solutions to meet their specific requirements. 
Our Security Consultants understand the people, processes and technologies which underpin an effective, broad and deep Cyber Security approach that considers the physical, technical and socio-technical aspects.  Our Security Consultants are able to draw on their previous experience to find, tailor, assess and review solutions that best meet a client’s needs, within their given timescales and budget, whilst understanding that a one size fits all methodology is not appropriate.
Location: This role can be performed remotely from any location within reach of an Accenture UK office. This role does provide a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities·     Take a leading role within the Security Architecture Cyber Advisory Consulting function and help nurture and develop junior resources. ·     Ownership, research and development of a specialist discipline, subject matter or service·     Support team technical development (e.g. through service development or research) and contribute to company technical processes overall·     Potential for some line management responsibilities·     Provide training and mentoring to other consultants on projects and through internal training courses, as well as suggesting other training requirements for individuals·     Manage projects and programme delivery to time and to budget·     Support the sales team through design and scoping complex and bespoke engagements, identifying the dependencies and critical paths·     Maintain relevant professional certifications and contribute to industry bodies as appropriate·     Proficiency in writing technical documentation, helping to set company standards for reporting, project, and technical QA Person Specification (Essential)·     Demonstrable knowledge and experience in a technical cyber security role (minimum 5 years). Able to define security baselines and review and develop security architectures, and identify technical risk.·     Considerable experience of identifying and implementing cyber security controls, necessary for complex business and IT change projects. ·     Proven experience in describing and communicating technical cyber risk ·     Able to clearly communicate the value of cyber security controls in reducing risk at all levels, and to influence senior stakeholders, often engaging at a strategic level. ·     Proven track record of successful delivery of technical cyber security projects or assessments·     Hold relevant cyber security qualifications, such as CISSP, SABSA or NCSC CCP (Security Architect).·     Strong communication skills (written and verbal)·     Willingness to work at client sites, occasionally for extended periods·     Pro-active nature·     Willingness to travel, in the UK, Europe and occasionally globally, to wherever our clients operate, sometimes at short notice.·     Strong organisational skills, with an ability to adjust to rapidly changing requirements·     Ability to listen to client needs, interpret and capture specific requirements, mapping these to Context services·     Analytical mind-set and approach·     Meet the criteria to be able to obtain UK Security clearance Person Specification (Desirable)·     Knowledge and experience of working with HMG departments, and with NCSC technical guidance.·     Driving License·     Previous financial services sector experience·     Previous government sector experience·     Previous consultative client facing experience·     Previous line management/mentoring experience·     Demonstrable understanding of both Legacy and Current Architectural Patterns·     Project management qualification·     Experience in architecting and designing coherent security solutions·     Understanding and experience of architecture concepts, topics and management frameworks such as TOGAF and SABSA·     Experience working in a leading role within a SOC, of experience of defining SOC capabilities.
