Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund seeks a Manager, OCISO. This job reports to the Director, OCISO in the Information Security Division of PPFA. The Office of the Chief Information Security Officer provides the strategy and implementation of the information security program that safeguards the data entrusted to Planned Parenthood by its patients, supporters, donors and staff.
Purpose : Support the CISO and Information Security Leadership Team with overall financial management, administrative and coordination support for Information Security Office processes & procedures including but not limited too, contracting processes, budget support, project and reporting support, as well as, ensuring efficient and effective ways of working are in place for the Office success.
Delivery: This important new position will focus on coordinating and executing across the division and programs in the above mentioned areas. The core responsibilities include but are not limited to: ● Information Security Administration ○ Arranges the CISO’s schedule and manages the CISO’s calendar ○ Reconciles transactions for the division and CISO credit cards. ○ Manage division onboarding and offboarding process for all incoming and outgoing team members. ○ Ensure division wide administrative processes and procedures are documented, updated and frequently shared with team members. ○ Support on-going staff meeting coordination, agenda preparation for InfoSec meetings and as well as partnership meetings with other divisions across the organization. ○ Could include additional activities, but not limited to ordering supplies, making travel arrangements, handling expenses and calendar for the CISO and their direct reports as needed. ● Financial Management and Support ○ Contract Management. Responsible for all contract and accompanying processes initiation and oversight of the end to end contracting process to ensure movement is timely and according to plans. ○ Accounts Payables and Receivables. Perform day to day invoicing, pay order and receivables support including records management, tracking payments and follow up. ○ Expense Management. Day to day management according to annual budget plans, weekly and monthly task coordination and follow-up as needed with vendors and September 2019 finance support contacts. Point of contact and liaison to the accounts receivables and payables teams within Finance. ○ Ongoing Support. Support Director, OCISO with ongoing budget management needs and administrative tasks according to the fiscal priorities and deliverables. ● Project Management and Support ○ Provide metric and reporting support for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting for CISO and COO. Ensure accuracy, timeliness and proactive coordination processes are in place across InfoSec teams for all metrics. ○ Develop templates and materials for projects as needed. ○ Manages special projects and takes on additional responsibilities as needed and or directed by the Information Security Leadership Team to support the needs of the division across all areas such as Cyber Security, Shared Services and Digital.
Engagement: The Manager, OCISO, will engage directly with all members of Information Security, especially in support of the CISO and Senior Leadership, and will work closely with functional partners across HR, Finance, IT, Communications, OCOO. Additionally, will engage with all key vendor partners to assist in contract renewal and other administrative tasks.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):● Bachelor’s degree in technology related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of technology administration/budgets/contract/ experience is required. ● Experience supporting a technology leader preferred o Independently plan, develop, and carry out delegated responsibilities and assignments. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills to compose, edit, and present documents, plans, reports, briefings, presentations etc to various audiences. ● Excellent time management and organization skills, handling multiple, simultaneous and changing priorities under pressure and tight deadlines ● Right balance of being collaborative, open, and approaches a problem in a "how can I help this division be successful” while also being respectful and supportive in facilitating progress and compromise. ● Ability to build and nurture relationships across organization functions and levels. ● Ability to support internal stakeholders for budget support and contracting through accurate reporting and attention to detail throughout the year. ● Proficient to expert in all Google platform tools (i.e., Docs, Sheets, and Presentations) and their Microsoft counterparts. Hands on experience with project management tools required.
TRAVEL : As Needed. Starting salary: $90K

Final offers for this job will be based on capabilities and will be made within the parameters of the PPFA compensation program.
