Pentesec, part of the Charterhouse Group, is our multi-award-winning cyber security MSSP. Providing SOC services, cyber security consultancy and training to organisations of all sizes, they deliver a range of Managed Security Services including Managed Detection and Response, Managed Firewall, Managed Intrusion Prevention and more to our customers.

You will be responsible for providing technical services to both internal and external clients. Internal clients include the sales team, in the form of pre-sales support for meetings and design or review of technical security solutions, and the technical support team as a point of escalation or R&D activities in the support of a live client issue.

Our focus has always been on connection and collaboration, which is why we offer hybrid working with the choice to work in our Peterborough office.

Requirements

  • Provide technical services to internal (sales team, technical support team) and external clients including pre-sales support, the design and review of technical security solutions, and act as a point of escalation or R&D activities in the support of a live client issue in accordance with Pentesec Professional Service standards
  • Provide security consultancy to Pentesec’s customers based on Check Point products and Pentesec’s other core vendors.
  • Produce detailed Statements of Work for technical security projects
  • Hold a valid CCSA and work towards gaining Check Point CCSE and other Check Point specialist accreditations as deemed necessary by Pentesec
  • Produce necessary technical documentation (HLD/LLD) where appropriate
  • Delivery, implementation and documentation of technical security projects
