Description of Role:

The function and lead will be responsible for improving and ensuring compliance with Fenergo’s common control framework to mature Fenergo to global industry best practice for management of our data and enterprise technology system. This role will involve building and managing a small team to provide internal and external audits, including client audits, facilitating the sales process when needed and ensure policies are maintained and staff are trained to avoid and report on risky behaviour.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to manage audit evidence throughout Fenergo business units.
  • Work with external audits for ISO 27001, SOC 2 type 2 and client driven audits and assessments.
  • Refine and improve Fenergos common control criteria framework and program for Fenergo Enterprise to simplify the audit process.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly maturity reports for Fenergo and clients.
  • Lead sales enablement and deal closure services for Fenergo
  • Ensure internal assessments are carried out to a high standard, with issues raised for remediation.
  • Ensure Fenergos Penetration Tests are scheduled and carried out.
  • Manage and maintain Fenergos security policies and ISMS

Requirements

The successful candidate will need

  • At least 6 years working experience in Cyber and/or Information Security across multiple technical disciplines/ roles.
  • Strong experience being involved in Audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
  • Strong experience managing teams to meet service catalogue SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Experience carrying out assessments to an organisation’s security standard.
  • Practical experience of addressing cyber-security in hybrid on-premises/cloud or all-cloud environments
  • Ability to implement service type security solutions, managed and measured.
  • A strong technical background in Security technology stacks
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage across multiple sensitive initiative
