Leader Name: Jesse Befus

As ATB’s next Security Analyst on the Identity & Access Management team you will be a strong team player with a knack for solving complex problems and translating technical information into action items. You’ll be accountable for access provisioning, process documentation and effectively supporting all enterprise identity and access related requests.

The successful candidate will endeavor to automate repetitive tasks through the use of various toolsets across a wide portfolio of services.

Strong experience with Directory Service management, Identity Providers, Access control systems, Automation and a desire for continuous improvement will be crucial to success in this role.

In this role you can expect to:

• Adhere to a performance based SLA, access changes in our environment are fast paced and we need someone who can keep up, especially when under pressure!
• Act as an emissary of the Identity & access management team working to promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders that are dependent on our services.
• Consistently evaluate new and existing Identity & access request processes seeking process efficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Read, follow and develop standard operating procedure documentation.
• Serve as a Directory Service and IdP administrator dedicated to the onboarding, offboarding, creating, deleting and making changes to generic user accounts and service accounts across the organization.
• Manage and prioritize a daily queue of time sensitive requests.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 3 years of general experience within an IT Enterprise field.
• Strong experience with Active Directory.
• Have completed or are working towards Certifications such as CISSP, SSCP or Google PCSE.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management in a multi-forest Active Directory environment is considered an asset.
• Privileged Access Management experience
• ServiceNow / ITIL v4 experience
• Experience with Windows, MacOs and Linux environments.
• Proven researching and troubleshooting skills.
• Development experience within the agile framework is considered an asset.
• Experience with Powershell, Python and Shell scripting is considered an asset.
• Experience with Git or working knowledge of common software version control systems is considered an asset.
• Gitlab experience is an asset.
• Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS experience is considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of SSO Standards and authentication flows (SAML, ODIC, SCIM provisioning) is considered an asset.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience. Academic qualification or professional training or experience in Cyber Security
