phia is seeking a solutions-oriented Senior CyberArk Engineer supporting a federal customer. The focus of this role requires a CyberArk SME. This job is located in Washington DC with remote capability at the discretion of the customer. Preferred candidates will live within a commutable distance to this location, but not a showstopper if outside a commutable distance.

What You'll Do

  • Provide engineering and systems administrative support related to Identity and Access Management, and Privileged Access Management tools and solutions
  • PAM Tool configuration: activities include configuring SmartRules, Splunk, multifactor authentication (MFA), ServiceNow, SCIM server integration, authentication, define BT roles, etc.
  • Account onboarding onto PAM tool
  • Provide password-safe user support and ticket resolutions
  • Maintaining of virtual appliances (patches and upgrades)
  • Maintaining and support of Windows servers/MS SQL Server, etc.
  • Windows and *nix system administration
  • Leverage agile project management approaches
  • Prepare, interpret, and present flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans


Requirements

Education + Experience

  • 8+ years of experience with IT, including one of the following areas: supporting access management solutions, including user privileges management, user credential management, or user security behavior monitoring
  • 4+ years of CyberArk experience is a must have
  • 4+ years of experience in supporting IAM, security operations and threat response, or security architecture
  • 4+ years of experience with COTS IAM tools, including CyberArk, Broadcom Layer 7/ CA PAM, Centrify or BeyondTrust
  • Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP management, configuration or design; PKI, X509, SSO across multiple domains; 2FA via PIV or CAC and scripting and coding
  • BA or BS degree

Desired

  • 3+ years of experience with implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with SailPoint
  • Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS
  • Experience with an SIEM tool, preferably Splunk or the ELK stack
  • Experience with authoring Cybersecurity guidance, including policies, strategies, and whitepapers
  • Experience with implementing PKI and PIV standards
  • Knowledge of HTTP, XML, REST, JSON a plus
  • MS degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science

Required Certifications

  • Active SANS GIAC or ISC2 CISSP Certification

Security Clearance

  • U.S. Citizenship required
