Team & Work Summary:

This position will serve as the central point of contact, and act as the “right hand,” of our CISO. You’ll help ensure the successful operations and execution of enterprise-wide Security strategies across one of the fastest growing Security companies in the world! Among other challenges, you can expect to:

  • Advise, Create, and Evangelize in the creation and execution of enterprise-wide Security & Privacy programs (including roadmapping and internal & external “communications”)
  • Working in tandem with the CISO to execute cross-functional (often Executive-level) planning (including budgetary, compliance/regulatory, legal, and internal/external audits)
  • Manage information security projects and procurement from inception to successful completion, fully understanding the purpose of projects, technologies, and their value-add to the organization.
  • Act as a key point of contact with senior management, information security management, and business unit stakeholders for cybersecurity-related communications.
  • Work with information security management to help define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business initiatives and deliver to non-technical individuals in terms that are readily comprehensible.
  • Support the CISO with reporting regularly to senior management to keep them abreast of the threat landscape, the tactical controls, and strategic plans required to achieve success.

  

To qualify, you’ll need to:

  • At least 5 years experience with information security projects and policies
  • 10+ years of experience leading information security, audit, or risk management functions
  • Robust understanding of financial planning and analysis
  • Understanding of service design, delivery concepts, and control frameworks
  • Highly focused on creating & supporting a strong cohesive team culture and company-wide security culture
