We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Information Security (InfoSec). The InfoSec team leads the strategy, policy, and programs for information security company-wide. Our responsibilities include risk management, implementing a holistic security program, driving compliance initiatives, recommending and implementing security controls, preventing and detecting security threats, and handling incident response. We do all of this in a globally distributed company, thinking differently about how we best achieve critical information security objectives.

What you will be doing:

• Designing and implementing an approach to enable quality, efficiency, and quick delivery of large and small information security efforts
• Directly lead small to large critical efforts from initial request through production release.
• Lead definition, documentation and updates of the information security roadmap.
• Identify implementation risks early, efficiently recommending resolutions to critical issues and enable teams to drive to decisions in a timely manner.
• Be a conduit for communication, coordinating meetings with partners as well as regular communications with the appropriate teams.
• Work within an agile development environment, lead our planning cycles, manage dependencies, and facilitate progress and regular reporting.
• Facilitate and coordinate Infosec quarterly business reviews

• Balance critical thinking and achievement of goals with hands-on delivery, leading with empathy and curiosity
• Developed meaningful partnerships and communication approaches across all levels of the company
• Worked alongside fast paced engineering teams using practices like Infrastructure-as-Code, Compliance-as-Code, DevOps and SRE
• Educating teams, customers, auditors, and regulators on how our organization operates in a way that each audience understands
