Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Generate opportunities with new and existing clients in the North America region for the Crisis & Security Consulting (CSC) business, by leveraging existing resources as well as building new capabilities to meet evolving market demand. Build a larger, more profitable and sustainable security risk consulting business across North America. Perform effective account management of existing clients, including identifying multiple points of entry into existing clients to expand CSC service line support and identifying potential new buyers and clients. Serve as a senior subject matter expert within CSC and actively contribute as a senior seller and servicer. Represent company as a thought leader through market engagement, via channels such as social media, professional organizations and speaking at industry events. Serve as regional Americas champion for the CSC technology and innovation agenda in partnership with in-house data analytics and technology innovation team, and serve as Chair of the global Technology Innovation Group. Work collaboratively with country management, marketing teams and market leaders to develop a consistent, credible and highly visible brand.

Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, International Studies, or Security, and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree related experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, International Studies, or Security and 3 years of related experience. Position also requires 3 years of experience: in a consulting role examining people, processes and technology focusing on business transformation and technology innovation; managing projects and consulting professionals in corporate security or business risk management; in business or technical consultative leadership position(s) in corporate security, business risk management, or business transformation and optimalization management; in project or operational risk management; in change management, either having led or supported change management programs; managing multi-disciplinary, senior executive business relationships, including vendors, subcontractors, and subject matter experts; working with business leaders and global subject matter experts to analyze, develop, and implement processes that solve business problems and support business needs; working internationally in at least one of the following regions: Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, or Latin America; and 1 year of experience: leading supplier or vendor management, including advancing technological market strategies and strategic business decisions with the vendors; driving profitability and margin expansion through the development and implementation of innovation (technology); launching new technology solutions into the market; and in O&G, extractives, insurance, or financial services.

At least 50% travel required throughout the continental US and Canada to clients and potential clients for technical consulting tasks and business development purposes.
