Senior Software Engineer - C++, Network Security

We are looking to expand the team for one of our flagship products - Ivanti PPS (Pulse Policy Secure) product portfolio, which is Ivanti’s NAC (Network Access Control) solution. We are not just looking at being a NAC solution provider, but also looking at expanding our value proposition by integrating with existing Ivanti’s product portfolio and become a unique player in the UEM and ZTA.

Your Experience

• BTech/BE in Electronics/CS or MCA in Computer Science

Skillset

• Must Have Excellent Programming skills in C++/Python
• Must Have understanding of OOPS Design Methodology
• Must Have Good Understanding of Networking Protocols (DHCP, TCP/IP, AAA, RADIUS, LDAP, SNMP, 802.1X, IPSec)
• Must have good knowledge in Data Structures/Algorithms
• Must have good understanding of Linux OS concepts
• Should have Understanding of cloud technologies – developing and deploying Microservices, experience working on Docker containers and Kubernetes cluster
• Must Have experience working in Networking Security products preferably in SSL-VPN/NAC products. If not SSL-VPN/NAC, then at least they should have worked in IPSec based products.
• Nice to have – experience working on Azure, AWS

Preferred Experience

• Skillset - Worked mostly in OOPS methodology (C++/Python)
• Excellent Communication and Articulation skills
• Must be able to interface with Architects/PLM’s and Customers, understand their requirements and can communicate/guide team of developers to design and implement the requirements]
• Must have experience in designing modules and preferably having played tech lead roles/staff engineer roles
• Experience working in an Agile environment and working with a geographically distributed team
• Must be self-driven, motivated and passionate about their work
• Must be able to do Self-learning and take initiative to work with others to find solutions to problems/assignments that they work on
• Must have good problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills
• Must be an excellent Team Player and able to work with others to arrive at solutions
