Senior Security Analyst, Trust

The  Team:

Our Global information security organization is responsible for security and trust. We think security-offensively and defensively. We continuously monitor our global security posture and are always adapting to the ever changing threat landscape. 

The Role:

At Celonis, we believe that trust in our security, governance, and compliance is critical. Our Trust team ensures that our people, platforms, and data remain secure from all forms of harm. As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be a key stakeholder in our third party risk management program helping to assess the security posture of our vendors and partners. 

You will be responsible for triaging third party requests, analyzing their risk to the organization, performing security reviews and continuously improving processes surrounding third party risk. This role is focused on our third party risk management lifecycle 

The work you’ll do:

• Assist in the maturation and maintenance of the Third Party Risk Management Program.
• Act as a third party risk subject matter expert, providing advice, training and support to business units, operational areas and IT.
• Perform security reviews and compliance checks for third party vendors and partners.
• Maintain and monitor third party profiles and risk workspaces in our internal GRC tool.
• Escalate material issues and risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Build and track metrics and reporting for review and presentation. 
• Coordinate with other stakeholders on our privacy, procurement and corporate IT departments to ensure alignment.
• Work very closely with our Security Engineering and Security Operations organization for a holistic security program approach.

The qualifications you’ll need:

• You have very good written and spoken English language skills.
• You have a B.S. and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• You have experience assessing the security posture of organizations and can speak in depth about security controls. 
• You have experience working in security audit, compliance, information security operations, or security consulting.
• You have exposure to compliance and regulatory regimes (e.g. FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) as well as standard tools for security assessments (e.g. SIG, CIAQ)
• You value correctness and efficiency, and have an exceptional eye for detail. You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bonus: You have experience using or administrating a complex GRC tool
