As ATB's next SAP Governance and Compliance Lead, your primary focus will be helping to maintain and monitor ATB’s SAP Governance and Compliance strategy. In addition, monitoring existing access and other compliance reporting will also be required. This will include working with the Access Governance team and may include working with internal and external auditors and the business to determine appropriate production and non-production scenarios.

You will find success based on your abilities in the following areas:

• Work with the Information Security Manager of Audit Risk and Compliance and internal and external auditors on quarterly and yearly audits
• Work with SAP HCM data from S/4HANA to produce various audit and compliance reports (using LiveCompare tool)
• Manage SAP GRC Firefighter operations
• Work with the Director of Application Security to assess development requirements and provide estimates of effort and resource requirements on projects with application security impacts
• Work with the Director of Application Security to keep the SAP Governance and Compliance strategy current.
• Provide support during test phases including problem resolution and enhancement identification/recommendation.
• Participate in preventative testing techniques such as peer reviews.
• Identify and report the level of risk associated with unresolved issues, following escalation processes where required.
• Liaise with all project participants, team leads, vendors, Internal Audit and other ATB resources at various levels.
• Transfer lessons learned and new/changed workflows to SAP security best practices and business systems knowledge repositories.

Requirements

As the ideal candidate you possess:

• Written communications: ability to produce a range of design documents and technical specifications that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation.
• Problem solving: knowledge of approaches, tools & techniques for recognizing, anticipating and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
• Oral communications: ability to express oneself and communicate with others verbally with appropriate tone, style and structure.
• Managing multiple priorities: ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities.
• Deep Knowledge of SAP Security.
• Knowledge of SAP Governance Risk and Compliance tools would be an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP communication technologies – RFC, BAPIs, ALE, SNC.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM tables and SAP Security tables
• Knowledge of SAP HANA security.
• Accuracy /attention to detail: ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
• Formal information technology education preferable, including a post-secondary degree or diploma.

Optional nice-to-have skills:

• Knowledge of SAP ABAP Development Methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP BW security
• Experience with scripting languages (javascript and/or perl)
• Experience with SQL (MSSQL, SQLITE)
