We are looking for a Security Project Manager based in Paris, reporting to the Head of Security Change and Assurance. You'll also interact with all members of the Service Delivery Team such as Business Development, Marketing, Product and Research & Development.You will be a key member of the Cyber Security/Information Security team and will be relied upon by  the architecture, infrastructure and platforms teams to play a key role in ensuring fast, efficient, secure delivery of change programmes.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5  years’ experience project managing security or IT projects,
  • Extensive experience with Agile project execution and DevSecOps tool sets, with a critical understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Modern Delivery highly desired,
  • Passion for Web3/Defi,
  • Practiced in Jira Project Administrator including creating projects, Kanban and Scrum Boards, setting up sprints, and creating reports, 
  • IT or Security related education and/or certifications is preferred, Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or other program management certification is desired,
  • Must possess strong and demonstrated organizational, communication, and negotiation skills,
  • Must be able to lead multi disciplined project teams through a project lifecycle (planning development implementation closeout),
  • In-depth knowledge of security assurance engagement scoping and manual penetration testing techniques, the ability to actively exploit and the ability to recommend appropriate resolution or controls,
  • Strong understanding of Information Security and associated risks, enabling technical vulnerabilities to be evaluated against risk/ technical vs. business impact,
  • Broad and demonstrable experience of working with a diverse set of stakeholders, applying technology capability for business benefit,
  • Understands relationship between own area of specialism and the wider organisation requirements,
  • Proven ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate it effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences,
  • Ability to facilitate discussions between diverse stakeholders as well as influence the organisation based on contribution of own specialisms,
  • Ability to build and maintain appropriate, effective and influential business relationships across the business including both internal and external customers and parties up to and including senior management level,
  • Proven ability to manage multiple external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects,
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget,
  • Manage risks and responding quickly to issues as and when they arise,
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders,
  • Own the deliverables from receiving the signed off requirements through to testing and release,
  • Be responsible for the quality of each development piece ensuring all quality control checks have been undertaken at the right stages of the delivery cycle,
  • Work closely with key team members to understand and agree priorities for each iteration,
  • Plan/schedule the work ahead of each iteration and monitoring and managing the deliverables and dependencies throughout,
  • Effectively manage the time of your team of technologists and have their work planned in a cohesive and sensible way,
  • Liaise with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure that the key milestones and dates are agreed with the clients.
