CSA+Capstone is currently seeking a Cyber Analyst to join our team. This position will provide analytical and cybersecurity support as directed to facilitate the overall objectives of the OPNAV N1 Navy Manpower Programming and Budget System (NMPBS) Program. Work in eMASS to develop and review ATO package and other cybersecurity documents.
The Cyber Analyst will execute duties supporting the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle culminating in successful Authority to Operate (ATO) decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, review and management of system Assess and Authorize documentation to ensure it is compliant with RMF standards.
  • Maintain system accreditation status, develops reports, and alerts system proponents when accreditation documentation must be updated.
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain plans, instructions, guidance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the security of information systems.
  • Review and evaluate system and network changes for cybersecurity impact and effect on confidentiality, integrity, availability and overall system security posture.
  • Create and submit Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) for review and approval.
  • Perform Information Systems Security Engineer duties in eMASS as defined in the RMF.
  • Assist with the review of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), Security Requirements Guides (SRG), and Assured Content Assessment Solution (ACAS).
  • Maintain, update, and create Plans of Action with Milestones (POA&Ms) in eMASS.
  • Cybersecurity technical document review, consolidation, and feedback.
  • Cybersecurity related document/artifact repository management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 8
  • Working knowledge or expertise in all six (6) steps and implementation of Navy RMF, focusing on RMF steps 2, 3 & 6.
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) eMASSter.
  • Minimum Certifications: DOD 8570 IAT -II
  • Must currently hold a Secret security clearance
The likely salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
