This role will be working with the QA Transformers team, which is responsible for managing the implementation and usage of our technical test tools, as well as supporting technical testing approaches within the wider QA, Test & Release team.  You will provide technical as well as best practice support for all areas of security testing to the business. 

Reporting to the Head of QA Transformers within the Global QA Hub.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining and helping to continuously improve the global testing tool set
• Supporting the implementation and usage of DevOps tooling to improve quality
• Working with QA leads to discuss and highlight Security and technical QA considerations early in design phases
• Promote and encourage the use of best practise design and security testing within the wider QA, Test & Release team, as well as the associated applications which are supported

• Challenge existing ways of working and develop innovative solutions to support our ‘Shift Left’ approach
• Able to communicate complex issues in a digestible form (to both Business & Technical teams)
• Advise and consult on Best Test Practices
• Ensure that reporting and communication of plans, progress and issues is delivered in a timely and effective manner.

What you'll need:

• Proven Experience of Security testing on multi-systems and programmes (e.g. Desktop, Web, Mobile, Integrations, etc…)
• Experience with DevOps frameworks and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both with technical and non-technical audiences.
