Information Security Lead

As Fenergo’s Trust and Security team is growing we are now looking for an Information Security lead to join our team providing Information Security services data protection and identity management across our Enterprise estate.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and lead IAM and DLP security services for the enterprise.
• Implementing, maintaining and configuring IAM and DLP security tooling.
• Manage our Information security maturity program across the enterprise to ensure security controls are effective and have associated operating procedures and processes.
• Provide security consultancy and excellence services across the business.
• Educating the business to ensure awareness of data loss and identity management good practices.
• Provide the Fenergo CISO with relevant reports and metrics as required.
• Providing assurance of remediation for relevant action plans.
• Provide consultancy support on security services for specific client engagements working closely with our professional services organizations.
• Managing a team as the function grows.

Requirements

The successful candidate will need

• At least 4 years working experience in Cyber and/or Information Security across multiple technical disciplines/ roles.
• Capability to build and define new processes and controls in a fast-paced start-up-like environment.
• Practical experience of implementing and maintaining technical controls.
• Practical experience of addressing cyber-security in hybrid on-premises/cloud or all-cloud environments
• Ability to implement service type security solutions, managed and measured.
• A strong understanding of business requirements and technology stacks
• Good knowledge of international security standards - ISO270001, SOC2, CSA CAIQ/CCM and similar
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage across multiple sensitive initiatives
