The Role
Your primary role as an Information Security Analyst is to work closely with the Information Security team is to make information security programmatic and cultural in order to support Gtmhub in its mission of providing customers with the most intelligent system for making decisions and achieving objectives.
Your responsibilities will include leading the communication with Gtmhub’s customers or potential customers on information security topics. Your main focus will be responding to information security questionnaires/assessments, handling meetings and working closely with our sales teams to provide the most comprehensive representation of the security posture at Gtmhub. Your role will also include ensuring that our policies, standards, and security procedures are operating effectively to support our Information Security Management System as well as assisting in handling security incidents, and internal security audits.
You must have strong communication skills, meeting facilitation skills and be familiar with with ISO 27001, SSAE 70 / SOC 2, and other Cybersecurity frameworks.
The Details
As Information Security Analyst, you will:
- Respond to client Requests for Proposals (RFPs), questionnaires related to security of Gtmhub, as well as attend meetings with customers. Lead post-assessment communication and remediation if required
- Perform vendor assessment activities
- Ensure employees and third parties understand, acknowledge, and fulfill all applicable information security policies
- Proactively run Internal Security Audits and coordinate external audits
- Review and improve security policies, controls, and incident response planning
- Identify, report, and resolve security violations while also proactively seek to uncover indicators of compromise
- Generate and collect data to support compliance audits and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate Gtmhub Risk Management process
What We're Looking for
To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to our values
- Meeting facilitation experience
- Knowledge on Information Security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance)
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience leading or been involved in responding to customer queries
- Previous experience on a similar position in a SaaS-based environment
