Job Description: 

Seeking a Senior Digital Forensics Examiner with a passion for solving challenges, a thirst for learning new technologies, and making a difference! You will be a part of a team of dedicated professionals solving our customers' most challenging problems.

You will use common digital forensic examination tools such as FTK, EnCase, and X-Ways to perform forensics examinations on the hard drives of computers, storage devices, cell phones, or any electronic device that may hold evidence that could be used in a court of law. Performs forensic analysis of digital information and gathers and handles evidence. Performs a variety of forensic and electronic discovery services, including digital evidence preservation, forensic analysis, data recovery, electronic mail extraction, and database examination. Performs D/MM forensics examinations, analysis, and techniques for intrusion investigations; forensic litigation, including report writing, expert witness testimony, discovery, and chain of custody; conducting both technical and administrative reviews of expert forensic reports. Support investigation of intrusion crimes, cracks files and system passwords, and recovers deleted, fragmented and corrupted data from digital media of all types. Conducts memory, network and malware analysis as needed. Observes proper evidence custody and control procedures, documents procedures and findings in a manner suitable for courtroom presentation and prepares comprehensive written notes. May be required to testify in federal/military court as expert witnesses. 

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD
• Digital Media Collector (DMC)   

Preferred:

• FTK
• EnCase

Security Clearance:

• Secret
