The Role

We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager to work with our Infrastructure, Security and IT support teams. You will assist them in building roadmaps as well as communicating to the wider team and CPO. We are looking for someone who will manage releases, stand ups, retrospectives and co-ordination for the team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering the roadmap for the teams you are supporting, but other responsibilities could also include:

  • Communication and raising awareness
    • Communicate product/platform/security changes and releases to the wider company weekly
    • Ensure that users are informed of important updates
    • Raise awareness of the teams’ work e.g. demos
    • Monitor and communicate security and infrastructure team metrics e.g. availability, usage, latency, scale metrics
  • InfoSec
    • Work as liaison with Compliance Manager
    • Coordinate necessary compliance work in preparation for audits
    • Be involved in audits where necessary
    • Organise external and internal pentests, and follow up on pentest results for corrections from all engineering teams
    • Perform 3rd party services and app security review and approval
  • Sales Support
    • Help respond to RFIs and RFPs from a Data, Infrastructure & Security Engineering point of view
    • Help organise and drive the work required for POC (proof of concept) projects of new clients


Requirements

  • Experience in a similar delivery/project management role
  • Experience with helping to set priorities and track the progress on long-term, complex projects
  • Experience with managing different stakeholders and collaborating with various teams
  • Have knowledge of a variety of agile practices and how best to apply these
