SIXGEN would like to add an ambitious, dedicated, and self-motivated Cyber Security Assessment Lead to our team.

Requirements

Sixgen is looking for an innovative subject matter expert to guide the development of technical solutions for the company. As a subject matter expert, your duties will include evaluating organizational needs and recommending suitable technical solutions. You may also be required to oversee the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions.

Clearance: Top Secret

Certifications: CISSP & CISA (Preferred)

Minimum of five (5) years serving in a Security Assessment Lead role applying subject matter knowledge, directly related technical assessments, to perform assessment, analysis, and documentation of software results. Additionally, a Security Assessment Lead should have the ability to resolve problems, which necessitates an intimate knowledge of the related technical subject matter.

• Strong customer service skills and team building skills, and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.

• Ability to research and resolve problems efficiently and accurately with knowledge and experience of IT assessments and audits.

• Performs detail-oriented task independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and

• Experience providing project briefs to senior management and executives.

• Experience with advanced IT testing methodologies and the various IT audit technologies.

• Familiar with Federal policy requirements for information systems, including Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars, National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publications (NIST SP) and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

• Experience implementing or working with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS).
