The IT Security Engineer will be part of the global Coupa Security team, and a member of the IT Security Operations Center. Primary emphasis will be placed on planning, monitoring, review, and follow up on security of systems and services supported by the Coupa IT team. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Detection and Response for the Corporate environment.
• Maintain Endpoint system compliance configurations to ensure baseline standards are applied to Coupa information systems.
• Coordination with multiple departments to identify, triage, and remediate gaps in current security posture.
• Perform internal audits of systems against the numerous Coupa compliance programs.
• Support Coupa Vulnerability Management program to ensure tolerable system health.
• Respond to alerts generated by monitoring systems that require security investigation through on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• 3+ years of experience in an equivalent security related role  
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing and Software as a Service
• Hands­-on operational experience with security tools used for Windows, OSX, Android, and iOS endpoint security
• Strong communications skills, both written and oral

Nice to have Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Symantec Endpoint protection and DLP products
