Sr. IAM Engineer (Identity Access Management)

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and implement identity access and privilege management vision and roadmap
• Create automation within processes within cloud environment
• Responsible to architect and implement privilege access across servers
• Create and maintain rules/workflows, policies, procedures and standards
• Ensure IAM solutions are meeting business and security objectives
• Identify KPIs and KRIs and continuously improve on IAM capabilities to drive value and secure digital assets
• Translate business opportunities to technology solutions in partnership with various stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends and improve upon the security posture related to IAM
• Other responsibilities supporting the security and business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent domain
• At least 4 years of Identity and Access Management experience
• Broad knowledge of Okta and GCP or AWS
• Self starter and execution oriented
• Ability to work various timezone
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA
• Understanding of various security frameworks such as NIST CSF and HISTRUST
• Preferred industry certification such as CySA+ or Security+
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
