Specifically, we need a Sr. Manager, Threat Detection & Response who can build a modern detection and response program that favors automation over manual work from scratch.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• 보안 이벤트 로그를 습득하기 위해 회사 내부에서 소통하고 관계를 형성
• 보안 사고 대응을 위해 런북, 전략, 우선순위 프레임워크 등 모범 운영 지침 수립
• 팀 멤버들을 채용하거나 멘토링
• 센드버드 제품에 대한 새로운 공격을 식별하고 연구

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 보안 사고에 침착하게 대응하실 수 있는 분
• 보안 사고 대응을 주도한 경험이 있으신 분
• SIEM 솔루션을 활용하고 탐지 시그니처 조정 관련 경험이 있으신 분
• 자동화, 탐지 배포, 로그 파일을 신속하게 파싱할 수 있도록 솔루션을 짜실 수 있는 분
• 보안 관련 의사결정에 대해 토의하실 수 있는 분
• 프로젝트의 전체 과정을 주도하고 다른 보안 담당자들을 멘토링한 경험이 있으신 분
• 많은 사람들에게 생각을 명확하고 효과적으로 전달하실 수 있는 분
• 한국어, 영어로 소통하고 협업하실 수 있는 분

• AWS 관련 경험이 있으신 분

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Build relationships across the company to understand and ingest all relevant security event logs
• Establish best practices including runbooks, strategies, and prioritization frameworks for security incident response
• Hire and mentor other members of the team
• Research and identify new attacks against SendBird’s products.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Ability to remain calm during security incidents
• Experience leading incident response
• Experience working with SIEM solutions and tuning detection signatures
• Ability to script solutions to enable automations, deploy detections, or quickly parse log files
• An ability to reason about security decisions
• Experience leading projects from start to finish and mentoring other security practitioners
• An ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to large audiences
• Proficiency in English and Korean

BONUS POINTS

• AWS experience.
• Presenting at conferences or working on open source projects.
• Experience with developing security tools.
