JumpCloud is looking for a Jr. Program manager / Compliance Analyst to drive direction for our security organization as we engineer, triage, respond, and mitigate attacks across JumpCloud products and services. In this position, you will be a part of a flexible team responsible for handling security and compliance operations. As such, you'll need to have a drive for learning and practical compliance experience in a compliance framework (SOC2, ISO27001, etc), and knowledge of best practices for compliance operations, program management, and collaborating with stakeholders across the company. 
You'll be someone JumpCloudians across the company depend on and trust to respond quickly and effectively in a crunch. Your outstanding communication and collaboration skills are essential to collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Most importantly, you will become a critical member of the team responsible for ensuring visibility across JumpCloud products and services and keeping our customers and service partners safe.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties:

• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance with our compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal auditors to identify and remediate gaps in our compliance posture.
• Find opportunities to automate our GRC posture.
• Review Vendors for security and compliance fitness. Prepare documentation for supporting the sales team with vendor questionnaires.
• Work with company stakeholders to plan, implement and manage security programs.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Security Managers to accomplish security goals.
• Create, monitor, and report on Security and Compliance KPIs.

Qualifications And Skills:

• Practical experience with one or more of the following compliance standards/framework: SOC2, ISO27001/ISO27701, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, SOX.
• Superb communication skills and capacity; ability to partner effectively with diverse company stakeholders.
• Ability to automate workflows via scripting languages
• Python & ShellHold or be seeking industry certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, CRMA, GRCP.

This role is remote in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.
