Job Description

·       As an influential leader, anchor and motivator grow BGSW-CoE-Cybersecurity as cross-divisional, self-organizing, networked organization.

·       Collaborate internally within BGSW cybersecurity relevant role holders, Bosch role holders, Cybersecurity University;

·       Lead technical workstreams on the CoE-Cybesecurity;

·       Set up needed competences, problem identification and solving approach, emergency problem solving teams (could be a combination of division-joint-teams, cross-divisional teams, core teams, support from service verticals);

·       Proactively engage with cross divisional teams and international/intercultural stakeholders on security topics

Qualifications

·       Education Background – BE in CS/IT/E&C/E&E

·       Work Experience range of 10-12 years overall with min. 1-2 Automotive embedded experience

·       Experience of working in Tools such as Armadillo, Jira, Doors, Rhapsody etc. will be given a preference.

Additional Information

Technical skills

·        Awareness of Security Engineering Process Standards (ISO 21434), Automotive Security

Regulations (UNECE)

·        Knowledge on Product Development Lifecycle

·        Familiarity with legal, regulatory and other compliance needs in the area of Automotive Security.

·        A technical mindset to understand cyber security primitives like cryptographic, encryption algorithms etc.

·        Familiarity with state-of-the-art security concepts such as secure communication, secure boot, secure flashing 

Knowledge on security techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography and security vulnerabilities.

·        Familiarity with organizational information security and identity management systems, policies, procedures and security practices, access Management.

·        Good knowledge and experience on typical organizational structure and functional dynamics
