Job Description

·     Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices and large solutions with on-premise or cloud deployments.

·     Wide knowledge of technology solutions and ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.

·     Deep understanding of cloud technologies and exhibit high proficiency with technologies like: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Istio, Gitlab, Python/Go, Docker, Chef, shell scripting, Unix/Linux, Gradle

·     Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

·     Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.

·     5 years of experience in delivering solutions as an DevOps architect in global organizations from concept to production that are based on Cloud Technologies & cater to Distributed Systems and Microservices architecture principles

·     Mature and Motivated individual having in-depth experience with DevOps technologies with strong technical skills due to the complexity of the current architecture and usage of the platform

·     8-10 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations and managing non-functional perspectives of complex technical platform.

Additional Information

·     Good understanding of REST API, CLI tooling,

·     Experience with Cloud architectures: AWS, IaaC deployment, Serverless approach, auto-scaling,

·     Experience with DevOps / Container architecture: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, service mesh, tracing

·     Good understanding of security principles: web exposure, hardening, network design, SSL/TLS, OIDC/Oauth2,

·     Continuous improvement (Integration, delivery, GitLab)

·     Monitoring / Alerting / Logging

·     Automation, Industrialization and QA: Chaos engineering, Performance testing

·     Experience in Java, Python, Spring framework desired,

·     Knowledge of DB SQL/NoSQL principles, caching, Messaging Queues

·     Network: design, TCP/IP, Firewalls, NAT, Load balancers, VPN.
