Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field 

• Knowledge of banking/card sector, online payments, authorization, cryptography and e-commerce

• Open to ideas, ability to prioritize work and have a bit of a business mindset - not over-engineer things where it's not needed, nor giving support where it’s not worth it. Orientation to value delivery.

• Capable of understanding and solving complex technical concepts

• Demonstrated collaboration skills along with the ability to influence without authority

Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in relevant positions as Technical Business Analyst or Consultant or in the Payment Card industry

• 3-5 years on Scrum Master position.

• The English language is a must.

• Firm knowledge of Scrum Guide and its implication.

• Very good facilitation & communication skills. 

• Expertise in cloud, on-prem/hybrid architecture domains

• Experience with solution design

• Solid awareness of modern software architecture like microservices, scalability, reliability and RESTful APIs

• Working experience with modern development and delivery methodologies such as Agile and CI/CD and ability to apply these processes fit for purpose

• Ability to define and develop algorithms, estimate and explain effort needed for an implementation

• Define the scope of the project together with the estimates in collaboration with team 

• Appreciated former hands on experience with software development and documentation

• Job Complexity - Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside their own area of expertise.
